Since 1986, Subcarrier is a leading tower site management and telecommunications infrastructure development organization in North America. Subcarrier specializes in the ownership, management and development of high-capacity telecommunications towers and antennas used for wireless communications. Subcarrier builds and places antenna structures to promote wireless services for a diverse portfolio of institutions including wireless carriers, military and assorted institutions requiring advanced telecommunication needs.

Antenna space

Broadcast & Wireless Data

We lease antenna space to wireless service providers, radio and television broadcast companies, wireless data providers, government agencies and other businesses and industries. Within its portfolio, Subcarrier manages over 800 building rooftops for property owners and owns in excess of 300 towers throughout the U.S. We also provide site development and network services relating to wireless infrastructure. These services include site acquisition, site audits, tower construction, antenna installation, subsequent augmentations, and maintenance. It conducts its business in all 50 US States.

Founder Foreword

Welcome to Subcarrier Communications. Since 1986, growing with the industry has been an enormous advantage for us. There are no schools that teach what it is we need to know in order to have a successful telecom company.

There’s absolutely nothing out there that will prepare you. Part of what we do is engineering, part of what we do is real estate. It draws from so many disciplines, and you have to put those all together in your head.

We have a unique approach and are proud to be a go-to company for our clients. Our extensive tower portfolio provides back-bone locations. We manage rooftops for property owners so that we can use our client base and place their equipment on buildings.
